In February 2010, the company «Budshlyahmash» and the company OSMA SNC (Italy) signed a distribution agreement that gives our company exclusive rights to sell and and provide service in Ukraine for agriculture, forestry and water industries: shredders, mowers and cutters, mounted on tractors, excavators and loaders, motor boats with equipment for cleaning of canals and rivers, floating excavators.

OSMA SNC was established in 1979 for the purpose of designing and manufacturing of agricultural machinery such as frontal loaders for tractors, hydraulic shrub clearing machines with rear and central arms to be installed on tractors and special machines for land reclamation, such as weed cutting and mowing motorboats.

The continuous research investments on new products, new materials, new technologies, design with CAD three-dimensional systems, production with N/C machines (such as lathes, balancing machines, plasma cutting etc.) have brought our company to offer high quality products designed and manufactured for a long life.

The Italian and European sales network is directly managed by OSMA personnel and is integrated by selected area re-salers who are able to offer a valid after-sale service to our clients.
