Machine for pit repair UYAR-01 is designed for pit repair process mechanization on asphalt concrete surfaces of the roadways. The unit is mounted on chassis MAZ, KAMAZ, KRAZ and platform trailers.
According to the production technology UYAR-01 is very similar to the Swedish Savalko machine, but its price is much cheaper. During this machine development there were taken into account all comments and suggestions from existing customers and machine was upgraded.
In 2011 there are plans to produce two UYAR complete sets, that will perform patching equally well, but they will have some differences. One of the models will cost less because it will have an Italian air blower, an Ukrainian hydraulic motor and a Belarusian engine with water cooling, so it will be heavier by about 250 kg. The second model will be more expensive because it will have a British Perkins engine with air cooler function, which due to much lighter weight will make possible to install more tanks for crushed stone and water. Also, it has import computer equipment for reading machine parameters and hydraulic BOSCH motor. In addition, the model generates less noise during operation and requires little fuel.
In addition for UYAR-01 there were made technical modifications that will improve its operation:
- UYAR-01 is manufactured with low-placed boom - from surface level it is not more than 1.3 m, that significantly improves its mobility and reduces boom weight and windage. Boom reach is 4.4 m.
- There is boom lifting and lowering auto mode, which makes easier operator work and therefore increases productivity.
- There is heated tank with emulsion, so reducing gas consumption for heating emulsion.
- Emulsion supply is automatic and controlled with the operator console.
- There is emulsion gyre system for preventing emulsion solidification in pipes at low temperatures.
- There is system for pipelines blowing and cleaning against emulsion leftover.
- Smooth regulation hydromotor revolutions and air blowers from operator console allows to select different operating modes according depth and size for repairing pit.
- Working hours counter allows to monitor the fuel consumption.
- One load is enough for shift.
Advantages: repairs can be carried out with wet cover; you do not need to cut out and clean potholes previously; not required to use the roller for compacting patches; reducing working intensity; saving materials; not interrupting traffic movement on highways; providing longer lifetime for pavement.
