In 2009, the company Budshlyahmash has signed a dealer agreement for a period of three years for exclusive interests representation with LLC "Spetstehnika-group GAZ" for the manufacturers within the “Spetstehnika” division on the territory of Ukraine.

Ukrainian farm tractor manufacturer JSC "Kharkovskiy traktornyj zavod" had given to the company the exclusive right to implement the new Ukrainian bulldozer of 10-th traction class TC-10.

TC-10 - is a step forward in bulldozer contruction not only in Ukraine, but also in CIS. Hydrostatic transmission, collected from the German company «Zahnard Fabric Friedrichshafen (ZF)" spare parts, a well-established YaMZ 236M2 (180 hp) engine, dome-shaped blade with hydro crabbing, comfortable cabin - is not an exhaustive list of advantages of the new bulldozer from JSC "KTZ".
