Road marking machine «Kontur 30» is intended for laying in airless way of horizontal road marking by one-component quick-drying paints. The machine is used on the roads of IV category, small size of the machines give the possibility to use them for marking within the city without urban transport jamming.

The paint pressure at lines drawing up to 140 atm, which allows to work with paints with high viscosity (from 70 to 120 sec.) and high percentage of dry particles. Due to these properties, the paint dries much faster (up to 8 min.) with no spilling even with thick layers of marking (up to 650 microns). Besides, during the marking of paint under high pressure, the dust is swept away from the road surface and the paint penetrates deeply into the pores of the asphalt surface. The airless technology allows to receive extremely smooth edges of marked lines, which eliminates the need for cut-off wheels for the same application.
