Machine for road marking application "Shmel 11a" is intended for application by airless way of horizontal road marking with modern quick-drying paint with reflective microbeads. Paint pressure during application reaches 120-150 atm, which give the possibility to work with paints of high viscosity (from 70 up to 200 sec) and high solids percentage. Due to these properties, the paint dries much faster (up to 8 min.) and does not spill even with thick layers of laying (up to 1000 mkm). In addition, at the paint laying under high pressure, the road surface is swept from dust and the paint penetrates deeply into the pores of the asphalt surface. The airless technology allows to receive extremely smooth edges of marked lines, which eliminates the need for cut-off wheels for the same application.
