Machine for road marking application "Muravey 600" is a block construction of a medium class. The machine is intended for application by airless way of horizontal road marking with modern one-component quick-drying paint with reflective microbeads. Machine large capacity at small dimensions lets the usage as in the city and also on roads of regional significance. The use hydraulic drive in the machine kinematics scheme allows smooth adjustment of the working and transport speeds with a high degree of stability. Paint pressure during application reaches 105 atm, which give the possibility to work with paints of high viscosity (from 70 up to 200 sec) and high solids percentage. Due to these properties, the paint dries much faster (up to 8 min.) and does not spill even with thick layers of laying (up to 1000 mkm). In addition, at the paint laying under high pressure, the road surface is swept from dust and the paint penetrates deeply into the pores of the asphalt surface. The airless technology allows to receive extremely smooth edges of marked lines, which eliminates the need for cut-off wheels for the same application.

Control panel for three pairs of guns, equipped with a manual and 16 automatic modes of longitudinal markings in accordance with GOST, 6 automatic programm for intersections painting, machine speed indicators, as well as summarized indication of traversed and marked-up path; Paint guns: - Manual «GRACO» for paint-1 piece.;-automatic «KAMBER» for paint - 3 pcs.; -automatic «KAMBER» for reflective microbeads - 3 pcs. Service - 1+2 pers. The system is equipped with Graco pump and Festo hydroequipment.
