Machine for pit repair Kobit Turbo Uni with attached implements, mounted on single axle trailer. The trailer may be towed by vehicle or tractor by connecting mechanisms ISI 40 or ISO 50 and the air system of the truck EHK E and EHK S for braking or for connection behind a truck, which ensures the supply of inert material. During the course of repair work the required quantity of cold-Mix is created, including the transportation of this mixture onto the road surface. The mixture is fed by air from the ejector in a bunker to the transportation bell hose. When the mixture leaves the end of the hose, it is covered with emulsion, and it turns into a cold mixture for repairing. The mixture is served in a rut, which was cleared by air and pre-coated with emulsion to provide a more dense mixture of compounds with the road surface. The working arm is located in the rear side of the machine, which allows the operator to provide direct control over the recovery process. The main functions (air volume) are controlled with the control device, which is located at the arm end. Technology contour has the following functions: • Circulation-provides continuous mixing of the emulsion, and most importantly, the heating of the whole processing chain (including the application hose); • Sweeping-out; • Adjusting of the volume-the change by the speed of the pump; • The cleaning of the technological chain and the ejector end with holes for emulsion spraying; • The possibility of the emulsion absorption from another tank or reuse of left emulsion (but in that case the output is very small - 16-18 l./min.).
