
Machine for pit repair Kobit Turbo is intended for permanent repair of potholes, cracks and other defects on the road surface. During the course of repair work the required quantity of cold-Mix is created, including the transportation of this mixture onto the road surface. The body superstructure is designed for fitting to the fixing points of the vehicle. The main components of the superstructure are: blower (compressor), emulsion tank (with the possibility of solution heating), macadam tank, technological circuit of the emulsion and water. The amount of air and, consequently, supply and loss of the material during the operation can be controlled from the workplace.

The concept of TURBO cars comes from years of experience during the production of kits for repair «TURBO 3000, TURBO 4000, TURBO 5000, TURBO 5000 COMBI, TURBO 6000, TURBO 7000, TURBO UNI и TURBO ELEFANT». That means that most of the parts and technology units on the machines are identical. TURBO ELEFANT type designed primarily as a set of repair, but after eqipping with macadam spreader it can also be used in winter as the machine for road sanding. This option expanded the use of the machine. In summer time-the kit repair and in winter-duty device for spreading of inert materials. The dosage of inert solutions is regulated electrically from the cab, however, it depends on the three-dimensional chassis design.
